Call to Action (CTA): A prompt on a website that tells the user to take some specified action.
Conversion Rate: The percentage of visitors to a website who complete a desired goal (a conversion) out of the total number of visitors.

Engagement Rate: A metric that measures the level of engagement that a piece of created content is receiving from an audience.

Funnel: The buying process that companies lead customers through when purchasing products.

Hashtag: A word or phrase preceded by a hash sign (#), used on social media websites and applications to identify messages on a specific topic.

Impressions: The number of times a piece of content is displayed, regardless of whether it was clicked or not.

Key Performance Indicator (KPI): A measurable value that demonstrates how effectively a company is achieving key business objectives.

Landing Page: A standalone web page, created specifically for a marketing or advertising campaign.

Organic Traffic: Visitors that land on your website as a result of unpaid search results.

Retargeting: A form of online advertising that can help you keep your brand in front of bounced traffic after they leave your website.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO): The practice of increasing the quantity and quality of traffic to your website through organic search engine results.
Social Media Marketing: The use of social media platforms to connect with your audience to build your brand, increase sales, and drive website traffic.

User Experience (UX): The overall experience of a person using a product such as a website or computer application, especially in terms of how easy or pleasing it is to use.
