Tyche Digital Agency — Retainer Cancellation Policy

1. Notice Requirement

To cancel or pause your monthly retainer, written notice must be emailed to cancel@tychedigitalagency.net within one of the following timeframes:

  • Up to 72 hours before your next invoice is processed, or

  • Within 72 hours after your last paid invoice

This ensures a fair transition period and allows us to properly close out deliverables for the month.

2. 30-Day Notice

A 30-day written notice is required for all cancellations. Your services will remain active during that notice period, and billing will continue through the end of that 30-day window.

3. Billing Cycle & Final Payment

  • Retainers are billed at the start of each monthly cycle.

  • Any cancellation notice that falls within the 72-hour grace period will still require one final payment to complete the 30-day closeout.

  • All retainer payments are collected in advance for the upcoming month’s services. Because work, planning, and scheduling begin immediately after payment, no prorated or partial refunds are provided once a monthly retainer has been paid.

  • If you submit a cancellation notice after your invoice has processed, your services will continue through the remainder of that paid term, and your cancellation will take effect at the end of that cycle.

  • If you submit a cancellation notice before your next invoice is processed, you are still financially responsible for one final 30-day billing cycle following your notice. This ensures continuity and allows Tyche Digital Agency to properly close out your account, finalize deliverables, and transfer assets.

4. Contract Minimums

If your agreement includes a minimum term (for example, 3 or 6 months), early cancellation will require payment of the remaining balance for the agreed term.

5. Deliverables Upon Cancellation

Once notice is received and the final payment is complete, Tyche Digital Agency will:

  • Deliver any in-progress work completed up to the end of the paid term

  • Transfer assets, logins, or files associated with your account

  • Remove access to shared platforms, dashboards, and project management tools after the final service date

6. Renewal

All retainers automatically renew each month unless a written cancellation notice is received within the 72-hour grace window and includes the 30-day notice requirement.

7. Reinstatement

If you return to a retainer plan after cancellation, current onboarding fees and service rates will apply.
